I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. I am an ethical vegan and have the unique privilege of working with other vegan individuals on improving their mental health. I specialize in supporting people through life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, and procrastination. I work from an attachment-based and relational perspective, incorporating elements of different modalities depending on your needs and goals.

In therapy, I create a safe and compassionate space where we can turn towards your challenges in order to gain understanding, process difficult emotions, build skills, and move towards solutions and goals.
