Led by Karina Inkster, a Certified Personal Training Specialist and Certified Online Trainer with a Master’s degree in Gerontology, our team is dedicated to providing inclusive coaching for plant-based folks who want to get consistent with fitness and nutrition. With over two decades of personal experience in veganism and fitness, Karina and her team are committed to helping clients live their best, healthiest, most plant-strong life. We celebrate all bodies and forms of movement, working to dismantle harmful constructs like diet culture and challenging the notion that fitness and strength have a specific “look.”
